Every day you move counts.

Tada! takes data from Apple Health and Health Connect and works out on its own when a day was active. You don’t enter or start anything.

Tada! app screen: a 43-day streak and today completed with 45 minutes on the bike, even though there are only 3,120 steps so far.

How it works

Active day

6,000 steps or 20 workout minutes. Whichever comes first counts — and you see both side by side on the Today screen.

Daily streak

Every active day makes it longer. If you miss one, a freeze kicks in on its own — it holds the streak but doesn’t add the day.

Streak with a buddy

One person, one shared streak. It keeps going when you both make the day.

What you won’t find in Tada!

  • Leaderboards and comparisons with strangers
  • Heart rate, pace and performance charts
  • Calories and weight loss
  • Social feed and chat
  • Ads and third-party analytics

Tada! isn’t a fitness tracker. It’s a reminder that today, you’re moving.

What we know about you

No account

No email, no password. Your phone creates an anonymous key, and that’s all it takes.

On the server

  • the nickname and color you picked
  • your streak length and today’s status
  • with backup turned on, also an overview of your completed days

Never sent to the server

  • steps and workout minutes
  • when and where you move
  • anything else from Apple Health or Health Connect

An identity on the server is only created with your first shared streak or when you turn on backup. If you keep Tada! to yourself, you send at most anonymous counters without any identifier — and even those can be turned off.
